Dawn B. Stewart, Counsel. Dawn has been practicing law in Delaware for over 20 years. She serves a wide client base including banks, manufacturers, retailers, healthcare service businesses and Fortune 500 companies. Dawn’s practice focuses on corporate and transactional law, general corporate and entity matters, and the formation, implementation and ongoing maintenance of special purpose entities.
Dawn received her B.A. degree (with Honors in a Double Major), from the University of South Florida, and a J.D. degree (with Honors) from Temple University School of Law (serving as Business Editor of the Law Review). She is admitted to practice in Delaware.
